There was one warm-up song followed by 12 working tracks in the playlist. I divided the class into four sections (since the Olympics are held every four years), with three songs per section (bronze, silver, gold medal effort).The 3rd section was a real killer. I asked class participants to pick one track per section and really go for the proverbial gold. I mean, I can obviously get a little cheesy with it, right?
